3.3. Types of steps

None

Select “NONE” to create a step without any questions, this way you may display information or some knowledge.

Single

Select “SINGLE” to create a question step with multiple options, allowing the user to select only 1 answer amongst these options.
Click on the ‘add option’ button to create a new option for this step. You can customize the option by filling-in a label, giving feedback and impacting a variable (please refer to the next chapters to deep-dive into adding feedback and impacting a variable).

You can add as many options as you want.

Click on the save button once you have finished.

Multiple

Select “MULTIPLE” to create a question step with multiple options, allowing the user to choose multiple answers amongst these options.
Click on the ‘add option’ button to create a new option for this step. You can customize the option by filling-in a label, giving feedback and impacting a variable (please refer to the next chapters to deep-dive into adding feedback and impacting a variable).

You can add as many options as you want.

In the settings section, you can choose the maximum number of options that the user will be able to select for this step.

Click on the save button once you have finished.

Ordering

Select “ORDERING” to create a step in which users will have to order/rank multiple items.
Click on the ‘add item’ button to create a new item for this step. Customize each item by adding a name, a description and a picture (optional).
You can add as many items as you want.
Please refer to the next chapters to deep-dive into adding feedback and impact variables with an ordering step.

Click on the save button once you have finished.

Bucketing

Select “BUCKETING” to create a step in which users will have to organise/classify multiple items into buckets.
Click on the ‘add bucket' button to create a new bucket for this step. You can have 3 buckets maximum. Each bucket can be customized with a name and a picture.

Click on the ‘add item’ button to create a new item for this step. Customize each item by giving it a label and a picture.

Click on the save button once you have finished.
